Professional Crown Heights office has immediate opening for assistant to administrative director

Administrative duties include:

• Supporting administrative director with a wide range of duties and responsibilities
• Interacting with others in a professional manner via phone and in person
• Data Entry
• Handling correspondence, filing, faxing, copying and scanning
• Handling reception coverage

Qualifications:
• Friendly, compliant attitude
• Able to multi-task
• High level of accuracy
• Have excellent time management and organizational skills
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Working knowledge of computers Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Work under pressure and multitask
• Excellent written and grammatical skills
• Pleasant and professional phone manner
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Eager to learn and grow
• Ability to interact well with others, as job will require communication with both colleagues and professional staff
• Available to work from 9 to 5 daily and until 4 p.m. on summer Fridays and winter until 2 p.m.

Compensation:
• Starting pay: $12 per hour
